Project objective: Contribute to the reduction of social
and economic poverty among the rural people, including indigenous people and poor women in the Chittagong
Hill Tracts (CHT).
Project impact: Increase of rural household incomes in sub-project areas with an average annual household income by tk. 20,000 at 2010, base on the price level at 63,000 in 2010.
Project outcome: Increased income generating opportunities for men and women in sub-project areas.

The project is implemented in joint venture (JV) under the leadership of Toymu (lead NGO) and other five NGOs: Ananya Kallyan Sangathon (AKS), Center for Human Development (CHD), Humanitarian Foundation (HF), Mro Chaw Chen Chap Eung RaTia (MROCHET), Rural Development Organizationand (RDO) and the project is financed by Asia Development Bank and government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The project commenced in 2013 and will end in 2018.
